Desktop and Network Support
This is a permanent position with our client located in Richardson TX. This person will be supporting all internal desktop needs and some network support.
PLEASE NOTE: Client will only consider candidates with a 4 year college degree.

Position Description Provide Support for network and Internet services on Windows based systems. First line of support for employees computer environment. Assist in monitoring and maintenance of virtual environment. Use network monitoring tools to maintain 24/7 availability of file, print and web services. Assist in the maintenance and workability of all computer-related equipment, including software and other applications. Monitoring and maintenance of VoIP phone system. Maintain an inventory of all equipment and software and up-to-date manuals. Coordinate and provide technical support to all departments in meeting their computing, networking and internet needs. Assist in the storage, cataloging, and disposal of computer equipment. Provide support to the Network Engineer and Network Architect in Reviewing and assessing the applicability and compatibility of state-of-the-art computer, network and internet software, databases and other applications to the business needs. Providing technical advice and technology updates to all staff, and promote a secure malware, spyware and virus-free working environment.
