We are looking a passionate candidate for office manager role for one of our client in Downtown Seattle! It is a direct hire position.


This includes supporting the President, communications between the Board of Directors and the President, supports the compliance requirements for and management of the organizations contracts, preforms bookkeeping assignments. Supporting finance, leading communication projects for the organization including social media, and acting as the office manager.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES: Compliance Working with management, this position is responsible for generating and maintaining an up-to-date detailed annual calendar of compliance related due dates, including detailed information of required documents and creating and maintaining a notification system, calendaring system.

Responsible for working with management to gather and review required documentation for each investor and/or grantor and submit the required documentation in a timely manner.

Working with management identifying and resolving discrepancies in reporting documentation.

Providing support for the annual audit.Management Support

Will act as the office manager for the day to day operations of the

Organize and coordinate board meetings, including the delivery of board packages.

Organize events and support team members collateral needs for events, conferences, and presentations.

Coordinate communication between the Boards of Directors and the President.

Will take minutes of board meetings and provide transcript to the board Secretary for approval as needed.

Process and distribute incoming mail and deliveries for staff as appropriate.

Process outgoing mail for staff.

Order office & kitchen supplies twice monthly.

Process bank deposits and mail checks generated by finance.

Support the Presidents calendar, scheduling, and administrative support as needed.

Supporting bookkeeping, invoicing, and payment processing.Communications Will act as the coordinator of communication between IC and the public using social media.

Will lead the development of the annual report.

Will lead the development of the company's newsletter.

Will assist development of collateral materials as needed.

Will assist with grant applications as needed.

Other duties may be assigned as needed.


The ideal candidate will meet or exceed the minimum requirements of the position, and will possess a combination of experience and skills conductive to an office environment.

Minimum Requirements

High school diploma or GED; college graduate preferred.

Three years of general clerical, keyboarding/typing, data entry experience, or a combination of experience and comparable college or business school coursework.

At least three years of compliance experience.Desired Qualifications, Skills and Experience

Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Ability to manage multiple and varied projects with strong attention to detail.

Knowledge of, and experience with, basic office procedures and systems.

Knowledge of, and experience with, nonprofit community-based organizations

. Ability to manage the confidential nature of communication between investors, team members, and the President and the Board of Directors

Demonstrated technical knowledge and skill in using Microsoft Office products including, but not limited to, Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint. Knowledge and experience with federal, state, and local government funding.

SCHEDULE: This is a full-time position working 40 hours per week. This position work schedule will be Monday through Friday and hours will generally be between 8: 30 AM and 5: 00PM
