Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent listening, verbal and written communications skills. Highly efficient time management and prioritizing skills. Ability to work in a multi-task environment. Adobe PDF Writer experience. Microsoft Dynamics GP (Great Plains) experience a plus. Essential Functions: Ability to respond and adapt easily to change in a deadline environment. Handle confidential information with professional discipline. Work independently and in a team setting. Maintain highest levels of support with a friendly and cooperative attitude. Responsibilities: Support the Sales Team with daily administrative tasks. Process Sales Quotes. Process and enter Sales Orders and RMA s. Customer follow-up on behalf of Sales Team. Customer account maintenance. Invoicing. Document and transaction revisions and corrections. Filing & tracking of accounting documents. Process and track credit card transactions. Answer incoming phone calls. Perform special projects and assignments as required.
