SalesForce DeveloperGreater Seattle area/ EastsideDirect hireOur client leverages multiple functions of Salesforce.Com including: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Partner Communities. The Salesforce.Com Senior Developer will work closely with Salesforce Architects, global project teams consisting of both internal and external partners and actively participate in all phases of new implementations including planning, design of the application, configuration, and development of custom solutions on Force.Com platform.RESPONSIBILITIES: Communicate and work effectively in a global environment Lead and manage a team of developers offshore in India Engage in the entire agile software development lifecycle Proactively recommend solutions to known business challenges and opportunities Incorporate industry best practices into requirements and agile user stories Develop proof of concepts or prototypes in Salesforce.Com and present to stakeholders Assist support teams as a Salesforce.Com subject matter expert Participate in business process and user experience modelling Validate architecture and design proposals from external partnersQUALIFICATIONS: Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems or other technology field. SFDC Developer Certification 5+ Years experience as a Salesforce Developer 5+ Years APEX/VisualforcePreferred Qualifications: Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Force.Com Must have played a role in several global Salesforce implementations Experience in a complex enterprise application environment with integrations and customizations to support multiple business processes Familiarity with enterprise integration tools and extract, transformation and load (ETL) tools (such as Informatica, Dell Boomi) Deep understanding and experience with Oracle ERP systems Experience with global Commercial Excellence initiativesTravel: < 25%
