Job Description


    Working knowledge and experience of ERP software, preferably with Sage 100 ERP
    Working experience with Distribution, Retail, WMS, and e-Commerce applications
    Working experience with Microsoft Windows O/S on workstations and servers
    Intermediate knowledge of MS Office products, i.E. Excel
    Ability to handle multiple requests simultaneously
    Ability to work independent and flexible working hours
    Ability to work and provide support to users on site and remote
    Experience working in a team environment
    Proven experience with customer service and problem-solving capabilities
    Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
    Designing and creating reports preferable with Crystal Reports, and SSRS is great to have
    Querying data from Microsoft SQL Server is a great to have
    Writing T-SQL is a big plus
    Web-based programming skills (HMTL, XML, JavaScript, .Net) is a plus


    Education: College Degree Preferred, High School Degree or Equivalent required
    Experience: Three years of experience preferred; two years required

Job Requirements

Provides 1st level support for critical business applications including Sage 100 ERP. This person will write reports using Excel, Crystal, and MS SSRS, make programming changes to applications as directed by management, assist with software integrations, data imports and data exports, troubleshoot application errors reported by end users. and monitor systems for proper operation.
