Staffing Industry Experience would be a HUGE plus! We are in the Galleria area of Dallas, TX.

Administrative
  • Maintain contact with Vice President on current events in all branches. Work closely with VP on special projects as needed.
  • Responsible for travel arrangements for internal and external employees.
  • Maintain all client contract files including process new contracts for all branches.
  • Send out introductory approval package to new subcontractors.
  • Follow approval process by gathering all needed information, have VP approve and return an executed copy of agreement to subcontractor firm.
  • Send out work orders to Subcontractor firms for all contracts when contractor is an employee of a sub firm.
  • Maintain current insurance certificates for all clients of Staffing Technologies.

IT
  • Order all computer related items for internal employees.
  • Set up computers, handsets and email addresses for internal new hires.
  • Maintain computers and handsets in all branches.
  • Responsible for voice and data connectivity and related trouble tickets for all branches.
  • Act as liaison between employees and Network1 when there are computer and network issues.
  • Maintain printers and related office equipment for all branches.
  • Coordinate laptop rental for consultants and maintain a complete list at all times of equipment in use

Reporting
  • Maintain company wide sales and recruiter activity daily and monthly to include starts, fall offs, extensions and direct hires.
  • Provide reports each week to Management, Recruiters and Account Managers company wide.
  • Review and maintain contract preparation forms, change forms and fall off notices for all offices saving each one in a central file

Marketing
  • Purchase and maintain stock of company logo items.
  • Responsible for company website working closely with web designer.
  • Purchase and maintain company marketing material.
  • Assist Account Managers with specific client events.

Office
  • Purchase and maintain office supplies for all ST offices.
  • Purchase and maintain drinks, snacks and paper goods for all ST offices.
