The primary responsibility of the Learning Technology  Coordinator is to act as a custodian for Client's learning management  system (LMS) powered by Cornerstone. 

This role will assist with strategic configuration  of Client's Cornerstone instance which services internal employees as well as external System partners and coordinate operational aspects of administrating content and key platform features. 

This role will engage in established intake routines adhering to key system governance principles and helping support the CLIENT"S Support Team's day-to-day operational activities which include course maintenance content QA reporting requests curriculum  design and platform membership routines

In addition to the Cornerstone instance which houses  the CLIENT"S Learning Platform and the CLIENT"S System Partner Learning Platform the  Learning Technology Coordinator will also provide administrative support for  Global Learning's other digital learning solutions and stakeholder internal client  teams on program/course.

Supports the Global Learning Intake routine for new learning requests.

iMonitors the Global Learning Project Proposal queue for quality assurance measures (ensuring content governance  standards are applied and adhered to before any new learning objects are  loaded into the LMS)

Stakeholders internal client groups  consulting on appropriate platform use based strongly in user  experience design

•        Assists in determining appropriate  usage of available learning objects within LMS/

•        Reviews course requests for compliance  with established CLIENT"S standards and makes minor corrections to submission  metadata to bring it in line

•        Provides strategic support to operational  CLIENT"S Support Teams regarding the intake process and content  administration activities

•        Evaluates process and makes recommendations  for continuous improvement

•        Assists in coordinating all training  programs to enable efficient and effective operations

•        Executes defined strategy and plan to continuously maintain retire audit and monitor all learning content within the LMS

•        Administers and optimizes all LMS functionality including the loading of course content registering and tracking training attendance and implementing full reporting capabilities to measure and evaluate training effectiveness 

•        Ensures operational needs to support tier 2 escalations are resolved within established timelines 

•        Supports core content updates for Learning Portal: update courses and training schedules and participate with relevant team members responsible for portal content development production and deployment as needed.

•        Develops and/or delivers complex training reports and performs routine robust trend analyses to aid the Global Learning team and internal clients in making strategic business decisions (e.G.Budgetary ROI utilization future investments)

•        Receives and responds to requests for information via phone e-mail print and other sources regarding training programs

•        This position will support training content development efforts by performing administrative functions:

•        Update and maintain project progress status reporting

•        Maintains project risk and issues tracking

•        Assists with facilitation of project meetings

•        Assists with management of a project schedule/p
