Our global technology client is seeking Computer Support Technicians for a 12 month contract in Irving TX.  You must have at least 3 years' computer support experience to qualify.

This is a 12 month contract with potential to convert to permanent employment for a global technology company in Irving TX.

Responsibilities/Summary: This role requires inbound and outbound calling; handling customer issues; will work with customers and other team members

* Update 25 or more incidents per day
* Escalations follow up
* Point of contact for client and customer escalations
* Review incidents and escalations
* Provides case status updates to Customer and Retail Solutions personnel. Ensure customer satisfaction by advising customers on preventive measures, appropriate solutions and configurations which may impact product performance

Shifts (candidates must be open to working whichever shift is assigned to them): 
Shifts work hours listed below (subject to change): 
o 6 am - 4 pm
o 8 am - 5 pm 
o 9 am - 6 pm 
o 1 pm - 10 pm
o 2 pm - 11 pm
o 9 pm - 6 am
o 10 pm - 7 am 

Emphasis of role:
* Escalations with client
* Understand steps
* Ability to analyze what happened and follow appropriate processes to resolve

Primary Requirements:
* Must have hardware and computer experience - minimum 3 years
* Must know and understand components of computer and how they work/function
* Must be able to type and speak at the same time while talking with customer
* Must have flexibility to work shifts as assigned and for emergency coverage
* Ability to work under pressure and be adaptable in constant change environments
* Great communication - written and verbal
* Must exhibit professionalism at all times - within teams and clients
* Must be able to multi-task
* Must have high school diploma or equivalent

Secondary Requirements:
* SQL preferred but will train
* Trade/technical certificate in computers highly preferred
