Job Responsibilities

•        Seniorstaff: scheduling, coordination, calendars. Build and maintain appropriaterelationships.

•        Company meeting & monthly review scheduling

•        Corporate annual minutes & legal docs

•        Corporate notary

•        Contact person for some vendors, contractors, organizations etc.

•        Corporate travel

o   BookTravel for Employees

o   Manage visa applications for foreign travel

o   Update the Corporate Travel Policy and communicate to travelers.

•        Expense report and AMEX statement reconciliation.

•        Emergency availability: respond as needed for security systems, June's Life Alert, traveldisruption, etc.

•        Sign weekly check run disbursements, monitor employee expenses.

•        Manage access as appropriate via phone or in person. Gatekeeper function.

•        Manage and track tickets: Mariners, Seahawks, Sounders, concerts, theatre, etc.

•        Exclusive Resorts, Inspirato and Disney: track usage and advance reservations, bookreservations.

•        Charities: track donations, coordinate with auction winners.

•        Coordinate with upper level manager and back up as necessary.

•        Trackall corporate projects/priorities

•         Keyword code and scan all legal docs and putinto new Doc Control System

•        Word- able to build White Paper style documents

•        PowerPoint- build PowerPoint presentations, add animation & relevant graphics

•        ExcelSpreadsheet - build spreadsheet & create graphs
